I, too, am learning to reach out....it is not easy as I never did before. Even the years before I met my husband. Now I enjoy someone coming over and helping. It is good interacting, which I am not all that good at....I have always made a horrible first impression. Lol! Take it one step mat a time and learn to appreciate yourself for who you are.
