My wife has been using Blue Apron for a couple of months. It does require some cooking and prep work, but saves some cognitive energy (as my working daughter who recommended it to us says). You end up trying some dishes that you wouldn't otherwise come across, though nothing very exotic. Quality and freshness of ingredients has been high. There's no waste (or leftovers, a mixed blessing). In general we (and most importantly my CALS) like the service.
