Max...I am curious about why and how you like Sertraline? Never heard of this being used for ALS. I remember you tried Zoloft a while back, and am curious what else you have tried(ie..amytriptaline, neudexa, etc)?

.oops, the xls has an end of use col I forgot Sandy uses. I don't use any of 'em.

If you are taking a proton pump inhibitor for reflux, taking some extra b12 which is water soluble is a good idea because the proton pump inhibitor meds interfere with absorption of b vitamins. Always try to take the reflux meds at off times without other meds within a couple of hours so they dont interfere.
