My mom has had a feeding tube since May 2009. They started her on Ensure Plus but switched her to Jevity 2.1 and 5.5 cans per day to get 1450 caloric intake. She is 77, weighs 130 and is 5'6. So far no digestive problems. She is supposed to get 1200mls of water per day, most of it as a flush after feeding but the rest of it is freely given during the day, as long as she gets the 1200 mls each day. We use a hanging bag with a medium drip. I hope this information is helpful
