Two very strange things happened to me this week:
Early in the week I picked something up with my affected arm (it is a little weak and has a little bit of atrophy, mainly in my upper arm and upper forearm) that was a little heavy (it weighed about 40 pounds) . . . and after I did that, my entire arm from my shoulder down to my fingers felt like they were on fire and numb along with a wrenching pain. This went on for about 2 hours and then it got better. While that was happening, my entire arm felt weaker.
Then last night I put an ice pack over my colar bone and shoulder for about 20 minutes and when I took it off, I got the same exact feeling in my entire arm again. I could barely move it, including my fingers. It was better by this morning, but still doesn't feel right.
Has anyone on here had a similar experience? Again, I'm in the early stages of whatever I have (I am not clinically weak and I only have mild atrophy).
