I strongly believe I could have als but I’m also a bit of a hypochondriac

I have had fasculations and I’ve felt achy in my arms and legs but when I move around fasculations stop but I also have pins and needles , numbness , itching, tingling in my limbs and tingling sometimes in my face but I’ve had normal blood results and a clean emg could I possibly have als? Could my upper motor neuron be damaged?

Upper Motor damage is not indicated by tingling or sensory issues but via very distinct responses during a clinical exam. You still don't show any sort of pattern similar to what may indicate ALS, so keep working with your doctors to find the cause.

You were kindly asked to post back only if you had EMG results. Your last thread was closed because you 100% did not evidence ALS. The folks here actually do have this disease, or are caring for someone who does. Your disregard for this, just so you can soothe your own anxiety, is frustrating. You have the gift of life and physical health, be grateful for that and dont let your mental health take those gifts away.
