Also bringing in bins once the collection truck has been by Before I moved my elderly neighbor did this for me It was ages before I saw him at it and could thank him. Huge help !Both those F words are huge helps!

M - Meals. Giving and receiving. A friend committed herself to bringing us a comple meal once month for an entire year. Casserole, buns, salad, vegetable, fruit, dessert, fruit juice. Her husband delivers it. Other friends have brought food or sent restaurant gift cards. It's such a blessing.
