    Hello Kevin. Thanks for responding. My post to you was the first since my diagnosis and I'm pretty much still shell shocked and shaky. I saw some comments from you on various posts and thought I would reach out for some help as you seem pretty centered and knowledgable. Do you mind helping me out with some questions I have? Thanks

    I’d be happy to answer anything, Daniel. I think the way that members usually send private messages is with the “envelope” icon next to your login name in the upper right. When you set your profile, you need to confirm you are diagnosed and set your profile to pALS. I don’t think this site allows private conversation otherwise.

    Hey Kevin. I'll try to see how that envelope works but so far I'm not having any luck. But in a nutshell I am in Tampa Florida area. Diagnosed MND probable ALS this month by my local general neurologist after extensive testing including blood work, MRIs and EMGS of legs and arms. I'm looking to schedule a second opinion and hoping you might share if you have a good provider/clinic. Thanks
