Hi everyone, I posted here years ago and was very graciously responded to (here, here, and here). I really appreciate it. In light of this technically being me revisiting, please feel free to close this thread if it's out of place. I am 38 years old and in between my first and second trimester of pregnancy. I had a normal EMG two years ago, in July 2023, for very mild but persistent fasciculations in my right hand. It waxed and waned and ultimately went away (I had Covid in 2022 and had many, many long Covid symptoms which have mostly resolved). Over the last few months, the fasciculations have gotten worse, far more visible, and have spread throughout my right arm, up to my shoulder. I haven't noticed weakness myself, but the fasciculations are visible and have progressed and it's definitely made me concerned. It feels quite constant. I'll see a neurologist in a few weeks but definitely wanted some insight -- is a two year old EMG reassuring at this point or should this be treated as a new problem? Thank you very much.
