Hi to all!
First, English is not my fluent language, but i will try ti do my best :)

I'm 31F, with so strong health anxiety, which i tried to cure, but...
So, lets begin. I have widespread muscle twitches for about 2 years and more. Not constant, maybe 4-5 times per day, not everyday. I always thought that they are because my nervous system is so active (im almost always nervous for something).
December 23 i had sudden left leg pain behind the knee, i was lumping for few days and goes away.
February i was so sick with flu, and for about two weeks i was so bad, that was hard for me to lift my head.
After the flu i got some blurred vision in right eye, i was at ophthalmologists few times and they didn't find nothing. Still have it, and nothing found.
My arms starts shaking from that sickness, i have a tremor and dizziness. I was at neurologist, she said You are anxious (of course). After that i saw in Dr. GOOGLE for symptoms if MS (that blurred vision). I was scared to death, made appointment for MRI of head (April 23), was clear.
After that appointment with neurologist, she make some exams, legs, arms and eyes, "You have anxiety".
I had some tingling in legs, like i could feel anything with my skin.
Before that, i felt my left leg differently, like weak and shaky, but i was walking normally and didn't mention it, that time i was with shaking body from stress.
Meanwhile i was starting with antidepressant, after consultation with psychiatrist.
One morning at April, i woke up with weird feeling in arm. Like numbness, but not severe, and weakness like feeling. From fingers to arpit. I thought i was sleeping funny, but that feeling never goes away.
So, after that I was at neurologist again.
I was concerned about MS, tremor and blurred vision and totally forget to tell about twitches. I tell her about this arm feeling
She made some test and Nerve Conduction. After that she said "MS can start like that, you have to wait for new symptoms before new MRI., Nerve Conduction is fine."

So, whole summer i was with this weird numb-like feelings in left arm and leg.
Arm feeling dissappear for about 10 days at November and appears again. (or i just stop mention it, im not sure..)

So, the symptoms that i have are so scaring to me. I feel whole my leg weak, weird feeling, so weird. I can run, i can squat, i can stand on that leg, but i feel it different. Sometimes i have muscle aching in thigh, calf. I have no footdrop.
I felt that leg gets tired easier than other.
Sometimes I have like burning sensation in whole leg.
With arm is the same, strange feeling, some kind of stiffness in fingers, but i can do anything, no matter weird feelings.
I have that like burning in my whole arm too.
Twitches continue to apper, legs, arms, back, butt...

I know my age is not exactly typical for ALS, but im scared from the symptoms and twitches. After i read about ALS they become more :( not interrupting my sleep, but i feel them when I'm sitting (i work at office, and sit whole day and typing).
I know that you are not specialist here, and can give me diagnose, but i just want to know are my symptoms respond to early ALS, should i be concerned...

Thank you!

There is no reason to think about ALS, but a problem with your sleep is worth considering. This could be anything from Restless Leg Syndrome (that your doctor can screen for, especially if the feelings get better when you move around) to needing a new mattress or pillow, or too much noise where you sleep. I would approach your sleep as if you had a problem at work -- look for the root causes that could contribute to your issues. You can video your sleep and/or track it with a wearable.

As for the health anxiety, finding the right counselor to help you can make all the difference. It can take some time but I encourage you to try if you have tried before. After all, you don't want to live your life in an anxious state, when it can be so much more.

I am so confused right now. I dont know which way to go. I stop drinking coffee for about 5-6 days and the twiches are reduced(today no twitches) . But now my both arms get tired now faster (as i write, i work in office and i type whole day intensively).
When i sit i have some kind of dull ache in my hip joint from the back, and when i try to move my left leg (which i feel weak and with calf pain) i have pain in that inside part of the leg where is groin. Is that spasticity?
Everyday i test myself, can u jump, can i squat, can I stay on that leg...
My arms and upper back feels weak, tired, with some burning feeling in muscles.
I know, guys, you have much important things to do than to calm somebody's emotions..
But is it in ALS path to spread like that. I can do everything still, nothing failed (i think) but feels hard.
I plan to make neuro appointment and EMG for sure. This hell in which i live for an year is insane...

Spasticity? Doesn’t sound like it. Still doesn’t sound like ALS. See above answers. Go see your gp if you are worried

This will be my last comment here before my neuro appointment, i just need some clarification about symptoms spreading/development.
1.Започнах преди 2 години и повече с фасцикулации-често ли е/АЛС да има различни симптоми след повече от година, след като започнат? (знам, че fasc НЕ са нещо, което определя ALS без никакви други симптоми, особено слабост.

2. Can ALS affect few muscles almost at the same time and change location? (i mean my left arm-it starts suddenly aching and feeling weird, there is pain from shoulder, to biceps to palm, i worry about biceps aching. With my left leg is similar-few days hip joint, few days pulling behind knee, calf pulling and pain...). I can do anything with that arm(opening bottle, zipping up, using keys (its not my dominant), but i have discomfort in whole limbs, especially in biceps.
3. Can ALS symptoms can change its intensity(sometimes are mild, sometimes i felt like my limbs can give up BUT NO FAILURE still, and this feeling is all the time there /mornings sometimes are better/.
4. I noticed that i have whole arm trembling, when i place my forearm leaning on the table(at dinner time/when i work in the desk /you know how we place our arms). Is that muscle weakness? Trembling improve after 1-2 glasses of wine.
I'm scare that this aching is from using that muscles, and they are weak, or they compensate for something that isn't work.
It's mean a lot for me to receive some explanations, because our "favourite" doctor Google says only...ok, we all know what he says.
Next week i'm going to make neuro appointment and will see what will happen happen then.
I can't imagine what you, guys, PALS or CALS, are doing about this frightening condition...i admire your strength, your will to live and everything you do every single day.
From year now i have constant depressive thoughts (first for MS, now for ALS and both), that separate me from the real life and my family (i have 4 year old child..).
I imagined that i'm useless, imagine that my child will grow up without me and similar.
I know there is nothing 100 % sure in our lives and this is the magic..
So, i stop with everything about my scares.
Thank you all so much to be that helping and understanding about our(all of us in Could be ALS part) scares and problems.

Regards! ❤️

No none of this sounds like ALS. You keep asking the same questions. Please keep your promise that this was your last post until your appointment
