Can ALS/UMN start this way?

in July 2024 Stared with left leg weakness

3 weak after, weakness started to affect both leg and hand and started to have sore/tight throat also started to have sleep issue and also drop in sex drive

next month started to affect my breath, started to have shortness of breath

Next month gradually startled to have improvement in symptoms until symptoms mostly gone

Next months minor weakness in leg come and go

Feb 2025 weakness to both both leg and hand and sore/tight throat returned and gradually becoming worse the following 4 month

Now In health app apple watch I have low walking steadiness and my walking asymmetry become worse month after month 30% in march 52% in April 71% in jun

The fact my symptoms kinda symmetric both legs and arms within month and flare like symptoms point away from ALS right?
