Do we think God is a genie in a bottle, to answer our every prayer?

Quote from David Wilkerson 'WEDNESDAY, MARCH 31, 2010 WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN? What does it all mean when prayers go unanswered? When hurts linger and God seems to be doing nothing in response to our faith? Often God is loving us more supremely at that time than ever before. The Word says, 'Whom the Lord loveth, he chasteneth.' A chastening of love takes precedence over every act of faith, over every prayer, over every promise. What I see as hurting me could be his loving me. It could be his gentle hand spanking me out of my stubbornness and pride.

How can we prepare for the coming Depression?

Many Christians believe in a doctrine called the Rapture. I do not wish to get into a debate about doctrines. My mission is only to warn people to prepare for what is to come. May God have mercy on us all. AL Beginning right now, put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ the son of the living God, to keep you safe in the midst of the coming trials and tribulations we will face when the United States money system as we know it fails in one moment.

Recession or Depression? What is next?

ARE YOU PREPARED FOR THE FUTURE? We are about to face times like the world has never seen or even imagined. How do I know this? Because I have studied bible prophecy for over 37 years, and believe it to be true. If you do not believe the bible then at least give me credit for warning you ahead of time of the coming events and then just maybe you will reconsider your beliefs, when this takes place.

Do we have TIME for our Heavenly Father?

I try to pray and the heavens seem to have turned to brass. I cry out to God for my family, friends, and see a world that is running away from God with all their hearts. They want more things to buy, more things to do, places to see. The LOVE of MONEY is the root of all evil. They want anything except God time in their lives. I pray, Oh God use me today, fill me with your anointing, let me be your vessel to touch someones life. ........Then it seems nothing happens.

Why I CHOSE to be a Christian?

Recently I was asked, 'I just find myself saying, 'Well what about this religion? What about that religion?' and believing in happenstance or luck doesn't really do it for me either. So if you wouldn't mind, could you share with me your own experience a little more? I think it might help me understand what I'm lacking.' This question was asked of me by one of the Forum members. It might take me a few tries to convey why I believe and what I believe. To begin with I am not a member of any denomination. I just consider myself a follower of Jesus Christ.
