Your Home or Our Home ServicesIn the Patient’s Home- For those patients wishing to remain at home, we offer many services to support families as they care for their loved ones.In the Hospice Home- When it is difficult to care for a loved one at home, a patient can come to the hospice facility. We offer a home-like environment welcoming the family to participate in care as much as desired.Respite CareWith our eight bed facility we offer respite care to hospice patients, allowing caregivers to take time away from care-giving when needed; whether it be for a vacation, an event or simply to rest. Our facility is staffed with a registered nurse 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.General Inpatient Care:For difficult-to-manage symptoms we offer inpatient care. Skilled staff is on duty to provide support and restore comfort to hospice patients and their families.All hospice care is overseen by an Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), consisting of a Medical Director, Registered Nurse, Social Worker, and Chaplain. Along with these members of the team we also have CNAs, volunteers, and a pharmacist who reviews medications.The multifaceted services provided by Help for Health Hospice allow for smooth transitions for patients and families.
