The Home Health and Hospice Division is currently in its 41st year of providing services to our member communities, and is the oldest provider of home care services in southeast Idaho. SDHD's hospice program provides a full range of services designed to provide pain control and symptom management, as well as emotional and spiritual support to our patients and families. Services include: pharmacy management program, massage therapy, palliative radiation, medical equipment & supplies, music experience, physical/occupational therapy, bereavement counseling--as well as physician, nursing, aide, social services, chaplain, and volunteer support.
