Durham Hospice

Services are provided in English and French. The program/service currently serves adults. The program/service provides support and/or care for Cancer, Cardiovascular Disease, Infectious Diseases (i.e. HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis-C), Neurological Disorders, Renal Disease, Respiratory Disease, Care for all conditions, Anticipatory Grief and Bereavement, and Emotional/Spiritual Support.

Durham Hospice is a professional hospice and respite care facility located in Whitby, Ontario.

Durham Hospice is a non-profit community based charitable organization. We provide practical emotional and spiritual support and hope to individuals their families friends and caregivers who are facing illness death and/or grief. Through our staff and highly trained volunteers we provide comprehensive non-medical support and information.

Individuals in Durham Region who are facing a life-threatening illness death or bereavement.Our volunteers can provide various emotion support which includes companion legacy work emotional and spiritual support complementary therapies and caregiver relief.
