Services are provided in English although Translation Services are engaged as required. The program/service currently serves adults. The program/service provides care and/or support for Cancer, Cardiovascular Disease, Infectious Diseases (i.e. HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis-C), Neurological Disorders, Renal Disease, Respiratory Disease, Care for all conditions, Anticipatory Grief and Bereavement, Emotional/Spiritual Support, and Respite for Casey House clients.

1 Inpatient Unit
HIV AdultPalliative and/or need for sub-acute specialty hospitalization
2Community Home Care
HIV CCAC or community referred requiring nursing visits to recover manage or enhance health in the community

Whether in a home-like inpatient unit or through community nursing visits we will work with you to maximize your health manage your symptoms regain your strength and work towards a quality of life or support you in your final stages of life.
