PACT - Palliative at Home and Hospital Care Team

PACT - Palliative at Home and Hospital Care Team is a professional hospice and respite care facility located in Bowmanville, Ontario.

A person with any life threatening illness.We provide trained volunteers to provide respite and support for the terminally ill bereaved and their families. Our volunteers are also able to provide phone support. We have partnered with funeral chapels to co-host grief seminars and have a pilot program called Kids Grieve too which provide community grief counseling for children.
