We accept self referrals referrals from family friends hospitals PGT social services ODSP retirement homes and other community agencies. The intake procedure consist of a phone call to our agency followed by the assessment by the program services coordinator.Our Health Developmental And Home Care Services is dedicated to provide only the best services to our clients. Our staff are compassionate professionals with strong medical background counselling mental health developmental disabilities Child and youth psychology and grief counselling. Your loved ones will be provided the care they need at the location of their/and or your preference. We work closely with our clients their family members friends and other supports making sure that services are delivered with care compassion and professionalism.
