Hello.. please help.. i am so scared.. i am a 25 year old woman who started to feel weak in my left leg in december.. the feeling is still there but it has not got so much worse… and my physioterapuet could not see any clear weaknes in the leg after his quick exam in februari.

In januari my back started twitching, my left shoulder did hurt a little for a week or so and then my left arm started to feel weak to… my triceps, wrist and my ring+littlefinger feels så much weaker than my right. My arm is not examed by the phisioterspuet yet.

Exampel: My mobile feels heavy in my left hand, not in my right.

If I push something (like a door) in front of me with one arm at a time its much harder with my left arm.

If I hold something , like my phone, in my left arm it starts to shake.

It feels uncomfertable when I stand on my left leg, like its stiffer than the right.

i cant lift my left ringfinger from the table without lifting the littlefinger or fuckyoufinger with it. But in my right hand i can lift the ringfinger by it self.

My left arm feels tierd , almost a little shaky, the feeling after a workout, but all the time!!

It feels like my legs are stiffer than they have been before..

The neurologist said I could come to see him if my physioterapuet could notis any weaknes.. I Will se the fysio in 2 weeks… i am så scared I have ALS… it is all i can think of… feel the need to test my body all the time to see if the weaknes is getting worse… it feels like my arm have been more weak latley..

My grandmas sister did have ALS when she was 79… and died. My grandmother dont know any one else in the family who had it but what if I get the Gene from her?!

I have twitching in my feet, all over my body sometimes, and now in three days in my face sometimes!!!!!

ALS usually starts in one part of the body and it comes with clinical weakness. Weakness is usually the first sign.

I know it's very hard when you've seen someone with ALS. You have a very small chance, at your age, of developing ALS.

Twitching can be many other things and if you focus on it, you may develop other symptoms.

It's best to make a list of all your symptoms and worries and give it to your doctor. You doctor will help you.

Nothing you've posted sounds like ALS.

Thankyou so much for your time and answer❤️ Im so worried all the time… maybe health anxienty?
