Hi Everyone,
I would like to share my story and I hope this will help you feel better.

I had a terrible pain on my right arm suddenly, from finger to arm, extremely painful. I ended up in a hospital and nothing found.
A few days later that finger on my hand started to move, slow movements but it wasn't under my control.
I then ended up in hospital and doctor found out that I am lack of Vitamin D and B12. I started took my pills and everything, vitamins came back to normal levels. Meanwhile, that movement is not in finger anymore but affecting whole right arm. I can see it is shaking and I got worried and I did something bad and asked GOOGLE.
Jesus Christ. Reasons might be Parkinson, MS, ALS etc etc I am 31 years old male with no health history and all family members are healthy.

I asked parents if someone had neurological problems in the past but nobody had. Then my muscles started to move, like tremor, twitching non stop all around the body but most of them on the right side of body.

I went to doctor again, from internal check-ups to cardiology, orthopedic to endocrinology, you name it I have been to every single specialist in hospital. By the way, the hospital is the number one in my country and doctors are internationally well-known.

I found myself in Neurology again, several tests, doing MRI, etc and Doctor suggested full body EMG. Guys, anxiety on my body level was medium to high. Imagining that I might have ALS was the terrible thing in my mind. After MRI and EMG everything came clear. Doctor said: Dude, you are okay. You do not have Motor Neuron Disease. I really believe you have anxiety and it is just becoming visible on your body.

I left his office little better but I couldn't get rid of the idea that I might still have ALS. Crying 7/24, people can see from my face, I stopped eating, walking, dreaming about my future. I was like plant in home. Meanwhile, Doctor wanted to see me again in 6 months just to make sure there is no ALS.

I ended up on his office 6 months later and EMG came cleaner, way better than before. I understood that I am fine and my anxiety caused everything.
What I am trying to say here is, do not go to google, go and see a doctor and believe me there are 100 reasons why you have muscle twitch, tremor whatever and all of them are fixable. Do not worry, again, you are fine.

I suffered with this scary idea more than 1 year and I know how you feel. Trust your doctor, schedule your EMG and continue your life. All my ''symptoms' disappeared. Took a few weeks but they are all gone now. I hope this story makes you feel better. Do not go into black endless loop.
Again, thank you everyone here supporting me in this journey, your comments made me feel better.
