could this als
Hello again. I have had widespread twitching and pain in my body since February 2023. My pain is mostly in my fingers, legs, between my index finger and thumb. I have pain on the inside and bottom of my ankle. When I sleep on my back at night, I wake up choking. When I eat or drink water, I feel like it's running into my nose. I went to the neurologist and had an EMG done. He did an EMG on two muscles in my arm, two muscles in my foot, and under my chin and under my tongue. He said it was clean. I have to clear my throat after eating, but I didn't have a risk of choking when swallowing. I took 17 tubes of blood and various MRIs, all of which were clean. I think I have muscle atrophy in my hand, but the doctor thinks there is no atrophy. Sorry to bother you. But even if I had ALS, wouldn't it progress faster in 2.5 years?
