In the above link you will read that twitching without the other hallmark signs of ALS means something else is going on. You state you have atrophy, but only a doctor can assess for and diagnose such a thing. Differences in muscle size on each side of the body is common for a whole variety of reasons. To leap to ALS/atrophy before actually trying to address imbalance with exercise and posture adjustment is not a healthy way to be.

Based on your post it sounds like you have been to see the doctors with a fear of ALS a few times and been reassured each time. The people here are really not in a position to be able to help you with what appears to be quite serious health anxiety about ALS despite your not showing actual signs of it. Please also consider seeing some sort of exercise therapist or someone who is knowledgeable in posture and body mechanics to provide a proper assessment and exercise regime.
