Sorry but I have basic english
I have a fasciculations about 2 months ago. On 4th December I got a monoklonal antitest therapy ( xolair) and the next day started the fasciculation on my calfs. 90% calfs ( simmetric) and 10% other point of my body.
On January i was a neuro doctor, she examed phisical, no hiperreplex, no other "signal", everything is ok. She mentioned a blood test, magnesium, b12....this level ia low i use on middle of December but the problem still.
My legs or arms ( all 4) burning if i use ( more steps etc) and after the fasciculation became popcorn effect.
On january i was eng/emg. Eng is totally good,no F waves, emg was for 1 muscle on legs ( tibial antenior) it was good, no fasciculation, no fibrill, normal muap.
On yesterday i was the secong emg ( only emg).
2 legs exam , 6 muscle ( 4 calf or 2 upper legs).
The doctor find 3 fasciculation ( for 90mp), no fibrill.
The upper legs have extra mup potencial , nor denervacio.
I dont undersand...because the first exam i didnt find polyphasy ( more than 4 phases) but this exam includ a lot ot polyphasic on the mup and the duration time is bigger than january. On january was average 14.8, now 14-19....
The doctor do not mentioned the poliphase.
I atrached the emg or summary.
On upper legs the doctor say maybe a radiculopathy ( sometimes pain...on yesterday pain).
On calfs summary: 3 fasciculation, normal muap, interference normal.
I am very scary. It is als?? ( very lot polyphase 8-63%)
