    Better understanding of localized spasms

    Greetings, Would spasms on one side of the body be considered localized, or does it only meet the criteria if it is one specific muscle group? Also for bulbular onset is shortness of breath accompanied with the slurred speech, difficulty swallowing, and voice change? Thank you for your help.

    Short of breath when talking
