Relyvrio fails phase 3

I am sorry you had to stop because of side effects since you wanted it Lisa.

I never could tolerate it but was taking Tudca which also failed its separate trial as well as being a Relyvrio component. I was already changing something else so I am continuing the tudca for now but intend to try weaning off once I can assess the effects of my first change

I hope you find no worsening off relyvrio

HI my husband had been on Relyvrio for months and drank it twice a day. The taste was horrible for him and tried everything to help with it. . There was no signs of help and his progression was fast. He had ALS for 1 year and a month and he passed away Jan 7 2024 Our hope was that the FDA would of approved that NurOwn but nope they didn't pass it. I hope and Pray they find something soon
