Hi Stella! I have similar symptoms, and same MRI, subcortical hyperintesities. Have you got any diagnosis or help to your symptoms?

I appreciate the replies and opinions. I has not been anxious regarding the trigeminal neuralgia diagnosis until the neurologist went the direction of ALS. I've been doing yoga and other activities to try and relax. The twitching in both legs pulls me back to high anxiety no matter how hard I try to ignore it. I keep repeating to myself "no weaknes". When a professional brings it up first its hard to not obsess.
