My 17 year old son's right hand is wasting away. The neurologist thinks it is ALS. He wants us to go to the Mayo Clinic and we will as soon as they call with an appointment date. I can't find a lot of information on teenage patients, but it sounds like it progresses really fast for them. I am scared. I have so many questions. Can anybody help me?
