Scared to death. I know this is primarily a forum for those who have been diagnosed with ALS. I am curious what presenting symptoms were for people. My left lower inner calf has been twitching 24/7 for about a week now. I don't notice any weakness. I have a ton of anxiety related to this. Someone please help. I am only 34 and have 2 little boys
