Thenar Atrophy?

Atrophy?
Hello, all. I have posted before. My mom passed away from ALS in 2008. I had a clean EMG in 2016. A few days ago, I noticed that my left quad had a dent. Pics are attached. Atrophy or asymmetry
Hello. Can you please give me your opinion on this? Does this look like atrophy or is it a case of asymmetry? My right calf muscle looks shorter than my left and further down my right leg looks smaller than my left. Thanks for your time.- hollyg
