We have a shower with a tilt feature. Got it from the VA. Very pricey, around $2,000. It doubles as a commode also. I will send you some info.

When we were picking up Rog's go chair from the ALS Associaton I noticed that they had rolling shower chairs....

My husband was a Vet, too. We had the Etac Swift Mobility Shower/Commode Chair with the tilt feature. (2nd one Sadiemae listed). It was so gret that we ditched the transport chair and started using it instead. We put a gel cushion in the seat for transport.
