On a positive note I found a inspirational person with ALS he is a survivor of 18 years and counting with this nasty disease, and when originally diagnosed was told he only had 6 months to live and was put in hospice which he graduated from.... https://twitter.com/drcraigoster

No I have not gotten my b-12 or Vitamin D levels up yet been so busy working the grave yard shift exhausted when I get off just sleep before I go to work. Today when I woke up my right hand is just in pain almost feels swollen and feels hard to clinch a fist or move the hand with out pain.
