where are the warriors?

Frankly, I don't think any PALS needs to do anything but wake up every morning to prove that they are a warrior. If they fail to wake up one morning, their status merely shifts from warrior to casualty.

There are a lot of reasons why ALS drug trials are underenrolled, mostly due to conventional beliefs about appropriate exclusion/inclusion criteria. PALS' courage or willingness to fight aren't among them.

Lets agree, once again, that every PALS that puts on their best game face for their family every day; that steps up to the sink for another PEG tube "meal" with a smile, is a bona fide Warrior, Order of the Knotted Underwear.

Can we have a discussion about being a better Warrior without impugning the courage of the Warriors?

What's that Rufus? You spoutin' off about being a better chicken again? We all just chiickens here, Rufus. Don't make me come over there and peck out your last scrawny tail feather.
