ive been having symtpoms like this since april of 2022 about 2 months after i had covid, started with twtiching and then some insane soreness all muscles feel sore 24/7 like i just did an insane workout and i twitch from head to toe all day long, some times 1 mucsles twitches alot more than others but still get them all over, developed tremors in my right hand fingers, also i have get pain in my muscles and soreness in the joints, had an emg done came back clean. my neuro did strength test and they were clean, she siad i had some slight brisk reflexes but mri was clean idk what it is i just know im sore and twtich 24/7 and no one can give me an answer but my neuro says she is for sure its not als. i still worry that its getting overlooked.

There is no reason to think ALS is being overlooked. You're not describing it, and there are no tests or exam results, evidently, that suggest it.

However, some people after Covid do have problems like yours.

If your problems persist, I'd ask about a rheumatology referral.
