I'm still having trouble with the left side. It seems to be when I'm holding something lite above my head. There seems to be some weakness in the shoulder too. Then with the left leg it seems to be weird when I walk down stairs not up. I can still walk on my toes and heels.
But the left side gets tired pretty quick. It just might be cause thats my weak side and have been testing the strenght almost daily. But I can usually recover pretty fast and it doesnt seem like I'm recovering with this. Do you think I should try to see a neuro? Dr still seems to think I dont need to.

For a start, dont do strength tests on yourself. It just encourages attacks of anxiety, believe me I used to do it, and measure my muscles. It's like a good deep relaxing breathe when you stop doing it. If you are worried, then I would get an appt to see a neurologist no matter what my GP says. Nothing to lose, and a lot to gain.

You are clearly worried still and it's getting to you, so go for it!

Thanks Aly,
Hey Aly do you think anxiety can cause these feelings I'm having to get worse or even be there?

I think we have the tendency to maybe blame a little too many things on anxiety. Yes twitches etc get worse with anxiety, but investigations should be done to rule out a reason for sudden onset of fatigue, twitches and weakness even if it is only perceived weakness. I think especially if it's asymmetrical. That's not to say that it's anything sinister, it just should be checked by a specialist.

well said Aly. very true! Thank you and have a great night! Thanks for taking time to talk to me.
