So long as they are keeping her well medicated, you can just be with her. Even if she does't seem aware, they usually are aware inside that you are there.

A little physical touch is huge too, just your hand over hers can be a huge comfort.

I wish her a peaceful passing and hope you can find peace in it too.

Julie passed away at 23:30 last night, peacefully, not in pain or anxious.

I did my Job just being there for her and holding her hand as she slipped away...
