46 year old male with random twitches all over. No known weakness or failures. Have an mri scheduled for this week. Assuming this is all stress related but wanted to see if anyone’s als diagnosis started off this way. I have read the rules and helpful info just trying to get some peace of mind.thank you and god bless.

That does not sound like ALS onset, no. Random twitches all over typically relate to some combination of nutrition, hydration, sleep, stress and/or anxiety.
