Hi there, I'm also in a similar diagnostic limbo with a similar medical background (though I have what I am convinced are bulbar symptoms). I'm based in TAS and timely access to neurologists here are ridiculously hard. I'm seeing a "general" neurologist next Friday where I will be pushing for an EMG. Have you spoken to your boss about this, especially if it's affecting your work? If you're not satisfied with your neuro, I'd google a specialist with the relevant NMD/neurophysiology interests.

Hi There. I read your latest post and couldn’t help but notice the similarities to my symptoms. I’d be interested to know the results of your tests/Neuro Visit if you don’t mind posting when you know more. I have an egg booked but still need to wait another 1-3 months, but my symptoms are worsening as well.
