  • Crossfree, the diagnosed date is the date my PALS was diagnosed. I am not a PALS.
Hi. To post go to the main page, find the Do I have als subforum click on that to open it. The new thread button is near the top on the left. However before posting first please review the Read before posting thread that is at the top of the thread list.
Please note, the sensory neuropathy started 1/14/17 and the EMG for the sensory neuropathy was February 20, 2017. The heavy twitching all over my body started February 2 and continues to this day. I have not had an EMG exclusively for ALS yet. I did however have an EMG on 220 for the sick sensory neuropathy.
I began having fasciculations February 2, 2017. I had an EMG on February 20, 2017 for tingling in both feet that was normal. That has since gone away. They said it was due to a lack of B 12. The b12 Has Come up to 550 from175. I asked the doctor performing the EMG if there was any sign of als. he said he was not performing an EMG for ALS, but he would've heard it. Now in April, my right foot is becoming extremely fatigued driving a car. I went to the ER to check for a blood clot and there were none. I still have lots of twitching. My right arm has become fatigued. I used to do lots of calf raises, but now they're much harder to do on the right side than the left. I do have another EMG scheduled for April 25, 2017. Do any of you have any thoughts on what I have described here? Fatigue vs weakness, it's very unusual to no longer be able to hold my right foot on the Excelerator without discomfort that feels like it has been extremely overworked. Please comment.
