Inspiring for those who've lost a loved one

This doesn't relate to ALS, but does relate to loss. I found it very inspiring that Pat Tillman would actually write a letter telling his wife to "live" after his death. I hope we can all "live" and find purpose in our lives after losing our loved ones.

Just because a person moves on after a death doesn't mean that they have in anyway forgotten their loved one. Sometimes, by going on with their lives its a tribute and honor to their loved one. If a person truly loves you they want you to be happy and move on with your life after their passing. Your loved one will always live in your memories and your heart. If you had a good relationship before when your're ready open up your heart again. But, do it at your own pace and time. But, for now just enjoy your life one day at a time.
