Default Multi language support for the supplement wiki

I installed a language pack that will enable anyone to create a parallel page of the Supplement wiki in their own language. Mediawiki offers a pretty slick platform for translating pages. I started work on the Finnish language version, but the choice of additional languages is unlimited.
