Can't call myself French Canadian but....I found a phone number for Philips Respironics division in France. They should be able to tell you all about their BiPap machines. The Respironics BiPap AVAPS model is used by a lot of PALS. I hope this phone number works for you

Sweet soul, if you look on my similar thread you can see actual photos that Ken and Rose posted. EVERYONE has the Respironics
Make sure that when you get one that it has BACK UP and both the face and nose mask. The back up is a function that will deliver a breath IF you forget to breath :] xoxox

The one I posted a picture of has the Back up. It also has a ramb function that allows the upper pressure to be reached slowly. This was very helpful for Serena in that it made it easier for her to get used to the machine. It took her a couple of weeks to get used to it but she uses hers every chance she gets now.
