Just an FYI for those on disability or SS

Hi everyone! I just wanted to put it out there again, that if you are on disability, or social security and own your home, you can get a credit on your taxes off your mortgage. Now this wont work if you are married, and your spouse still brings in money, but if you have low income and are living off of SS or disability you can file for an exemption through your local Treasurers office. I filed for a disability credit and it lowered my taxes from 2500.00 a year to 600.00 a year based on my income. Hey, every little bit helps right!
