Just wondering what ALS and MND is? I have no idea just know it has to do with the brain? Thanks

I'm wondering because I was on a medication that gave me brain damage, involuntery movements, gained 100 pounds on the medication because i'm constipated from the medication, and Paraluyzed half my vocal cords cuz the medications changed my voice. Just wondering if anyone has been healed by God on these forums by this ALS or MND? Also do I have it by what I described above. Thanks and God Bless
