Jeremy Russell Norman

Jeremy Norman War in Iraq Photo

Jeremy was a wonderful young man that did not loose his young life on the battlefield in Iraq but lost the battle to ALS. He was my youngest son and truly an honorable young man that would help anyone in need. He loved his country, church and everyone that touched his life. He had a feeding tube so the morning I got up to feed him breakfast he had passed in his sleep his arms were crossed over his stomach and he just looked very much at peace, he was what you would call a momma’s boy and proud of it. We were very close he left me a visual message he created using his eye’s it is as follows: For all of you that I have met and all that I have had an impact, I just want to say Thank You and it’s been fun. Momma when I go please don’t cry, don’t be sad, be glad I made it home and I will save a place for you. Jeremy wrote that on September 4, 2017 and passed November 10, 2017. Jeremy’s battle lasted 5 short months I still want more time with him but I know I will see him again one day.
