First - thank you for your help with my concern - your input is appreciated.
For past 120 days I have had chronic stiff calves and feet.
For the past 45 days I have had chronic bilateral mild stiffness in my forearms and hands.
For past 30 days my thighs and hams have been stiff. My muscles feel weak and when I carry a cooler (etc) is feels so heavy on my legs and my shoulder burns even caring it for a short distance.
I feel shoulder pain, calf pain (especially when I walk) and as if my strength has been zapped. When I press on my muscle they tend to feel mildly sore and yet I have not exercised in 45 days.
Frankly I am a scared as this has never been the case for me - I'm 50 and have always been in excellent condition. I have 2 sons in my care.
My neuro physically examined me and said I do not have "clinical findings" of ALS but is unable to tell me more.
I would truly value your comments, insight and experience.
God bless - Michael
