orthostatic hypotension

Does orthostatic hypotension happen in als?And could it be one of the first symptoms?It connected with bulbar muscles or not?Thanks for the answer.

I don't know about this and ALS, I do know that the Amytriptiline that I was taking to reduce drooling made me very dizzy on sitting up or standing after I was laying down. My doctor tested my blood pressure and found that the drug was reducing it too much.
