Gravity feeding bags

My wife just got her PEG on Wednesday. Doctor wants her to start with Fibersource HN, 4 cans a day. Still waiting on delivery of the formula, hopefully it gets here early next week as we have a trip planned at the end of the week. I'm not sure if feeding bags are included, I will find out on Monday. Anyway my question is how long should a bag be used and how is it cleaned between feedings? TIA

It depends on what type of bags you get. Some are single use (disposable) and some are not. They will be labeled either way in the instructions.

Note that this formula is corn syrup-based, very far from "real food."

You use one bag a day and rinse and drain after each feeding.

Do not be surprised if you have to try a few different formulas before you find the best for her.
