Babinski sign?

Hope everyone had a peaceful weekend ,

Would anyone know if a possitive babinski is always present with als?

Also is a silent/absent (no response) babinski on both feet normal? Meaning the toes neither go up nor down. Thankyou!

no, not all people with ALS have positive Babinski. My partner is one of them, with negative Babinski, but with other signs of upper motor neuron damage such as brisk reflexes.

Larry has both & still no diagnosed after 4yrs other than motor neuron disease.hope that helps.
