ALS Bulbar?

Hi, i really didnt want to do this but i been having some problems that correlate to bulbar onset ALS. Hi recently been having difficultly swallowing mucus or saliva and i been having alot of saliva recently. Note i have had two emgs in the past six months, all clean.

Then in April it was arm onset.

Now in June it's bulbar.
