Tis the Season... as we close upon Christmas, now within days, for many stress, anxiety, associated symptoms and self inflicted symptoms will rise to the occasion. Waited too long, didn't appropriate enough funds for gifts, credit cards to the max, fearing embarrassment, shame and disappointment from loved ones and those close... the onset of illness fills the voids. And... hopefully gives an explanation for forgiveness. For some, their symptoms are physically real... unknowing really why. Some may have an idea but it's sort of fitting for their circumstance and the current occasion.
